email to my apartment complex

A few weeks ago, during our final's week, our apartment complex received the following email. Notice the bold and italicized part. I haven't stopped laughing about this yet. Funnily enough, no one in my apartment complex is talking about it to one another. I think we're all afraid it's us...

Dear Residents,
The end of the semester is near, only a few more days left. Some of you will soon be moving out. Others of you will soon be joined by new couples beginning their seminary adventure.
As we start this time of transition and approach finals week, I wanted to make you aware of some complaints that I have received in recent weeks. I have been approached by a number of you in regards to noise levels at Broadhurst Manor. Please remember that the walls in the manor are not sound proof. Loud voices, music, musical instruments playing, "couple recreation", and other such activities can be heard through the walls. Therefore, we ask that you please maintain quite hours between the hours of 10pm-8am. Please keep the noise volume to a minimum during these times. Also, please maintain courtesy hours during the remaining hours by remaining aware of your noise volume.
Thank you for your cooperation in this manner. May you have a blessed remainder of the semester.
