Shows I Like

Yep, I like to veg out in front of the tube to relax. Two shows have really made an impression on me in their inventiveness and quality... and now interactiveness.

24 - show about Jack Bauer (counter-terrorism unit agent) having the worst day- 24 hour period - of his life. Intense.
There is now an interactive quiz to see which character in the show you are most like. I matched up with President Palmer: hear all sides before making a decision is one of the character traits.

Monk - comedy about Adrian Monk (an obsessive compulsive private investigator)
There is now an interactive quiz to see how "Monkish" you are. I was mildly monkish, but normal- Monk might even be envious of me.

Truck Update: So, it's not the master cylinder, it's the slave cylinder, which means taking out the transmission... not easy. Thank goodness for smart people who are friends. Greg is helping me work on my truck. Otherwise, labor fees would be out the wazoo. Hopefully, Thursday and Friday we'll get this problem solved.

Reading Update: I finally finished reading "Jesus, the Jewish Theologian" by Brad Young. I've decided that though Mr. Young has a lot of great knowledge and insigt into the Jewishness of Jesus, he's not a great writer and his editor should have done a much better job than he did. Not a reading for the faint at heart. I'll be taking it off my reading list at the right in a few days.
